Made with Grandma’s original hand breaded chicken cutlets and our house made vodka sauce, this sandwich is a staple of Parkwood Deli, a family run New Jersey icon with over 30 years of history.

Each kit is packed fresh and shipped in a temperature controlled box with everything you need to make four legendary sandwiches at home:

-Eight of Grandma’s famous chicken cutlets (vacuum sealed)

-Fresh mozzarella, portioned and vacuum sealed for four sandwiches

-Four of our signature deli rolls (vacuum packed to prevent crushing, not vacuum sealed)

-House made vodka sauce (frozen prior to shipping for freshness and spill prevention)

Note: If your vodka sauce arrives partially frozen or needs further defrosting, simply leave it in the fridge or at room temp until fully thawed.
